Congratulations to the organization, all the coaching staff, and each and every player that wore a Lakers uniform this season - even Mihm and Radmanovic who were a small part of this special season. Has to be very bittersweet for them knowing they were a part of this team that won it all without them.
I am just going to soak up this victory, and try to enjoy it for a while - before worrying about off season moves and how/if the Lakers will be able to keep this team together.
This goes out to all my fellow Lakers posters here in ISH!!! Congrats, and hope you are on cloud 9 just as I am. =] Live it up, remember the moment, and enjoy the hell out of it, championships are hard to come by.

Congratulations guys. I've been backpacking around Europe these last few months, and I must say, the Lakers franchise has extended itself throughout Western Europe and its by success such as this. Love them or hate them, this is a winning franchise.
Well what a year it has been. From the depths in Boston to the mountaintop in Orlando and every NBA city in between. We have had discussions about Phil as a coach, just about every player on the team, Mitch and the entire Buss family this season.
We talked about this team playing like they would be 82-0 in the beginning, how in the world they could blow a couple of easy games in the middle, how they could blow huge leads near then end of the season and lived and died with them through the playoffs.
In the end though the best team in the Eastern Conference came along and EVERYTHING clicked. It took the best shooting displays in finals history to take the one game but otherwise this was a Laker team that displayed heart, a killer instinct on defense, offensive execution when it was absolutely critical and above all the talent to be named the:
