Default Who do you want to Coach the Lakers if Phil retires?

Discuss.

I would like to see Jeff Van Gundy, a defensive minded coach. The offense they already have + defense like the Rockets?

Out of the guys available JVG wouldn't be a terrible pick to be honest.

I have faith Phil will stay around for a few more years though.

Kurt or Shaw to be honest... Both guys have been around Phil long enough that I can trust them to understand what Phil did that worked and I'm pretty sure that the players have a decent amount of respect for both of these guys.

Kurt Rambis

I think there is a reason he didn't take the Kings job.
