By players who can create shots for others.
Did the Bucks have a player who creates shots for others, by for instance demanding double teams. The answer is yes, they had that guy in Michael Redd. Andrew Bogut even got some double teams in the post.

Sessions never started with Michael Bogut or Michael Redd though... he only played with RJ and Charlie V...
I am not comparing his talent or ability to Wade or Rose but you can be successful not shooting 3's.....
