Default PG Help

I'm in the 4th rd of a draft. The league is 16 teams with 14 players on each team. So far I got Bosh, Dwight Howard, and McGrady. I was looking to take a PG and the crop has been picked. Here are some of the names left:

Andre Miller
Jason Terry
Marbury

Any suggestions

If you want your point guards to get assists than count Jason Terry out. Isiah Thomas has stated publically that he expects Marbury's assists to take a major dive. Andre Miller will get you a butt load of assists, but not much else other than a steal.
If you think your team is strong enough to make up for Andre Miller's mediocre scoring and lack of a three point shot then choose him. If you want a scoring guard, I would rank Terry first and Marbury second. If Raymond Felton or Kirk Hinrich were available I would take them over each of those players.

I got greedy in the 3rd rd and took Dwight Howard and I was hoping Hinrich would slide to me in rd 4. But he got taken two picks ahead of me. Now, I'm looking for a plan 2. Thank you for the help.

Also any thoughts on Rajon Rando? Is he getting picked in many drafts. Part of me sees him as a great sleeper, but his size, shooting, and Telfair give me concerns.

Personally, I would take Marbury. He is good for 20 and 8.

If you could can pick up Dwight with a pick higher than thirty, greedy isn't the word I'd use to describe it. Mike James and Raymond Felton wouldn't be available, would they? If not Jameer Nelson would be a good pick.

I wouldn't take Rajon Rondo any where below pick 130.
If you still feel you need point guards in later rounds there are plenty of guys.

Deron Williams
TJ Ford
Tony Parker
Sam Cassel
Mo Williams
Rafer Alston
Luke Ridnour
Speedy Claxton
Jarret Jack
Brevin Knight
Earl Watson
Damon Stoudamire
Brandon Roy
Sebastian Telfair
Jamaal Tinsley
Devin Harris (injured right now and would be a decent pickup if you have a bench spot to spare.)
Jason Williams (see above)

I purposefully left Smush Parker off of the list because he's a glorified shooting guard.

Through two preseason games and 43 minutes played he's had a grand total of one assist.

see article. it doesn't prove anything, but it's not a good sign.

Just so you know, Deron Williams is the sleeper of the year. He keeps slipping to me in the 7-9 round every draft, and I keep snagging him. It might be even later, I'm not sure. But he should be good for 15 points, 6-7 assists (maybe), a three and a steal, while shooting a good FT%.

I agree, but I though he might be able to snag him in the next round since he has no point guards whatsoever.

I think instead of trying to force to draft a pg, just draft the best fantasy player available then try to gamble in the latter rounds w/ ford and deron
