Re: Is BC done ? I guess so..... 14 guarenteed contracts?
POB & Douby's contracts are guaranteed at around $888,000 each. I hope BC can dump POB on someone or buy him out. Douby is a keeper unless traded he has passed Ukic on the depth chart.
I would like Pop's back for his energy in practice/bench, another reserve big man for practice & in case of injuries signed for vet min (LWright, BSkinner, JaCollins, JarCollins), I could live w/ Banks as the 3rd PG as long as Ukic is moved. Plus BC needs to sign an athletic sf to back up Turk(not JGraham) as some teams will cut loose a few quality players in cost saving moves via waivers.

Right now all we have behind Turkoglu at SF is DeRozan.
Szczerbiak or Udoka could be cheap targets.
How about Ukic & POB to Sac for D Greene. It works in the ESPN trade checker. Since I see TEvans as more of a two guard in the NBA and Sac has Udrih, Rodriguez(PO trade) at the point currently & could use a big body behind Hawes & another ball handler w/ NBA experience. Also, Linton Johnson who was just released by Chicago, is a solid young sf. The waiver wire should be coming alive in the near future w/ quality players let go for various of reasons. Pops is coming back- just a matter of time(roster moves)!

No to Wally & Udoka.
Like you, I don't think Evans can cut it as a full time point guard but I think that is what Sac is going for with Martin entrenched at the 2. They most likely will not waste a roster spot just to obtain another 3 string calibre PG.
The Raps also have already sampled Johnson with no real results whatsoever. Udoka has at least meaningful NBA experience under his belt. I think Funk is right in highlighting him as a possible guy who goes for the minimum.
