sorry i could only get the top 18. these are the only 18 players in the top 250 of all time in lowest to% to average 5+ apg for their careers.
i don't think its any coincidence that 15 out of the 18 players on this list made at least 1 all-star game in their careers (pooh richardson, derek harper, and mike bibby being the exceptions), and out of the top 7, 6 will be in the hall of fame.
