He can't carry a team. I understood what you were saying. Sure, he had a couple of good games. Antonio Mcdyess has had very similar games but I know the guy can't carry a team. Roleplayers step up sometimes, that's all it is.

Zaza is definitely better than CV.

Pistons have a very solid front court with Wilcox, Charlie V, Big Ben and Maxiell.

Maxiall is a good energy guy, but isn't very big, nor very skilled.

Wilcox and CV play awful defense.

Wallace is old and doesn't have much left in the tank.

Yet he was wanted by the Cavs, and the Pistons.

Toronto had no need for him. They have Chris Bosh.....remember?

It's solid. Not the best in the NBA but certainly not among the worst. Wilcox and CV can both score and on good nights, are double double threats. Sure their D is weak but maybe Big Ben can help push them to improve their defense in practice.

Is he a FA or are they bringing him back? Not much room on the roster left for him anymore

Kwame is on the roster.

Joe Dumars gave Kwame a player option for this year, and Kwame exercised it.

Real dumb move by Dumars.

Otherwise, the Pistons would have another 4 million in cap space. Combined that with the 3 million they spent on Wilcox, that's 7 million they could have had to spend on someone else.

Terrible move by Joe Dumars.

kwame is a decent man defender (better than zaza thats for sure). Hes also the only 7' on the roster. He was solid for us last year. Funny how you think zaza is a better player than cv. very different types of players, but the talent level isnt even close. Lets find out shall we.

Easily Zaza. It would have been better for the Pistons to have spent that money on Zaza instead of CV.

Zaza is not a special player, he's very average. He's nowhere near as good as Charlie Villanueva.

This is quickly turning into a "no he's not/yes he is" situation sooo. . . I guess I'll just contribute to it. I'd select Charlie Villanueva over Zaza Pachulia every single moment of my waking life, even in spite of the fact that Pachulia can grow a lot of hair.

I think Hawkfan got confused. He is one of the few people that think Zaza is better than CV. Not the other way around.

Even if Ben doesn't play much at all, but is a defensive mentor for Charlie V the Pistons stand to benefit
