While Ferry did revamp the roster, he kept the core guys and that's what really mattered most to the 66 wins that we had. Guys like Sasha, Wally, Big Ben, and Joe Smith contributed some too to our success but (even though Cleveland loved having those guys) they are replacable and we've found their replacements who are actually better than they are
Shaq - Ben
Powe - Joe
Moon - Wally
Parker - Moon
All while keeping the core guys (LeBron, Mo, West, etc) in Cleveland
