I don't think we tanked.

I mean, you saw the teams we were putting out right? They just plain sucked.

Morale was at a low, Wade missed half the season, we had nobody capable of creating shots and nobody capable of creating for others.

Pat Riley or not, we weren't going to win many games.

But regardless, I don't think it is preventable, unless there is some kind of financial reward given per victory.

The lottery teams should be awarded with

a) parts of the luxury tax money based on winning record.
b) some trade exceptions, maybe a raised MLE, or a 'lottery team exception', also based on winning record
