I just get the feeling that Tmac is done. Not done as a player, or even as an all star, but as a top 5 player. He has zilch athleticism with the bad back but he has the court sense, passing and shooting to stay easy all star quality but not enough to make the Rockets a contende without some help. They need to get a shooter and a gritty PF. I think they should trade for a mid first rounder and draft Shelden Williams and JJ Reddick. Then they gotta get lucky in free agency or the second round... pull a Suns/Tim Thomas, luck into that guy that gives you the final push.

If they can stay healthy, which I am going to bet they can, then I think they'll be a top 4 record in the west.

(what are the odds on them next season GoBB? Get to it)

Rockets should pick Shelden Williams with the #8 and sign a quality starting SG/SF with their MLE.

You gotta bee-lieve! Tracy BcGrady is going to destroy the competition, along with Yao Bing!

This postseason has been a disappointment, a let down for me.

Why? B/c Spurs and Pistons got knocked out? If anything, this was a blessing. Nobody likes to watch two teams winning all the championships for a decade. I wouldve never expected the Mavs/Suns and Heat to be where they are right now. It was almost a guaranteed Pistons/Spurs finals from the start of the season. This postseason has been the best in some time now.

Rockets are too old.

Yao, TMac, Swift, and Head are the younguns, but the latter two are not a focal part of the offense.

The rockets will definately be contenders next year. I think witht he rest he had this year Tmac will be back to his normal self and Yao has shown he is the real deal. Look out league this team is gonna be dirty.

Did anyone see that video with T-mac working out? His trainer said Tracy is in great shape, better than in a very long time or something like that. Maybe his best ever.

If Ming and Mcgrady stay healthy they will definately have a better year, if they get get a better supporting cast they will do some serious damage in the playoffs and perhaps beyond. They need to get a lot younger. Wesley, Juwan, Sura & Dikembe are pretty much over the hill. Though i don't really know if Sura is going to seriously ready after the injury!?

They need to get a good player from the draft and trade to/sign some solid role players, to be serious contenders. And I have my doubts in JVG. I think he's too stubborn and unflexable in his coaching. Head seems promising. And rafer played great in the 2.˝ of the season. Plus Yao really went crazy after his toe injury. Hopefully tmac wont be so brokebacky in the new season.

I think the Rockets need to get younger. Trade Bowen and Stromile and get someone like a Battier and some shooters. They really need shooters more than bigs, they are a bigger priority, in that way they can get advantage of Yaos passes from the post. Defensively, I think Van Gundys style will help even without defensive minded players. The Rockets just need an enforcer and some shooters and they are set for Tmacs and Yaos comeback.
