Stop listening with your partisan hats on and try to understand the arguments that the other side is making. The Democrats were right on the money with many of their criticism's of Bush. The Republicans are doing the same with Obama, however people don't tend to listen until it is too late.

I agree they're all full of sh!t.

I don't trust any of them.

I just trust a certain group more based on their past actions.

On another note.....

Whether you agree or disagree with dumbo, you have to agree that he came in on a mission and he did his thing.

Whether he was honest or not, he was in charge and showed leadership even when he was objected.

What leadership? He finds a convenient scapegoat(It was all Bush's fault) and is happily continuing the Bush tradition of polarizing America and trying to scare us into submission(if we don't pass this bill, EVERYONE will die....even though the bill won't come into effect for 3-4 years).

People really need to stop falling for this BS.

He took control of the evening, plain and simple.
Whether he used Bush as an escape goat (which he did but he was right and it was only in a few instances, not an entire speech where he did that) or when he tried to unite everybody and asked everybody to move forward. He asked people not to be afraid and reminded them that Americans have 'character' and won't run away if things are hard.

Like I mentioned.... people can disagree on what he was saying, but there's no denying that he took control of that room and we will see the poll numbers jump. And before people reply with "Americans are stupid" (which I agree with), these same people were unsure about him and this health care situation so a rise on the polls IS showing leadership.

He's reassuring them at a time when there's none.

Another thing.....

The polls show most of Americans are unsure of Obama's handling with health care. Some of those numbers specially amongst Independents and moderate Dems will go up.... that's showing leadership, whether anybody agrees or disagrees with the content.
