CSKA Moscow - Lottomatica Roma is turning out to be a great game!

It's the third quarter and Roma is in the lead 52-51.

The Caja Laboral and Maccabi Electra Tel Aviv game is quite an entertaining game to watch!

Zalgiris vs. Barcelona is on now. Very close game so far.

Zalgiris is within two now.

I'm currently watching CSKA Moscow vs. Union Olimpija.

CSKA right now maintains a double digit lead.

Great game between Barcelona and Asvel.

Tied at 41, early in the third quarter.

Whats with the selective stats? is just cause they played in the NBA? Wafer will be on his way back soon because like Pargo he has been **** in the euroleague so far.

That unicaja team that have a 1-6 record in the ACB minus Vasileiadis beat Olympiacos, lol. I always liked Olympiacos but I am losing faith in the way they are building their team.Wafer,Childress,Pargo, last year,Why are they paying these guys so much money? Best olympiacos did was when they had Papaloukas and Vujcic on court together.
Anyway so far for me the strongest team in the Euroleague has been Barca, and its not because they are my team, but they really have an impressive side.

To answer your question the Olympiacos owners grew up in Chicago. They are Bulls fans and Jordan fans. They had season tickets with the Bulls back in the Jordan days. They are NBA only fans. They are the same as American NBA fans. They believe like all other American NBA fans that the worst player in the NBA would be the best player in Europe.

So they go pay some average NBA player an absurd amount of money and think he will "dominate the Euroleague", when of course the fact is that an average NBA player is also an average Euroleague player or worse in the case of some players they select because they chose guys like Wafer and Pargo that can't play defense, which is a disaster for Greek A1 and Euroleague. Eventually, the Olympiacos owners will realize that average NBA players cannot be stars in the Euroleague and they will stop giving those contracts.

Chill out. Just trying to help generate more interest from NBA fans to Euroleague if they haven't been paying attention.

I would like to talk about Partizan more. They've had a rocky start in Euroleague, but they are a young squad so it's going to take some time.

.

Partizan has probably the worst roster in the whole league. I doubt they make it past the first phase.

Yep, I don't see them being very competitive for a little while. But once the roster gets more experienced I think they'll be able to make things a little more interesting in the upcoming years.
