Jordan in 1998 was 35 years old and didn't have the hangtime he once did either. Still he was a legend. Arguably Brent Barry (white guy who dunked from the free throw line) had a better leap than him at that point. But even then Jordan was the best. That's my point. Of course you need hangtime, but the difference is not that big between Jordan's and mine. The biggest difference is in desire and the willingness to translate that into practicing 300 turnaround jumpers, 4 hour weight sessions, and 5 400 meter sprints a day, and keep running to the point you feel like you're gonna vomit.
