Blake Griffin and James Harden are probably the favorites because they're the ones that will be getting into the line up right off the bat. If Griffin can stay healthy, he can be a 17 and 10 guy in his rookie season which would make him the ROTY handsdown.
I also think that Jonny Flynn may jump into the mix. They don't have many other attractive options at the PG spot, except for Ramon Sessions, but I think Flynn has a chance to solidify himself as the starter of the future in Minnesota.
My darkhorse would be Terrence Williams. With the trade of Vince Carter, Williams will be thrusted into the line up sooner than later. The other SFs on the roster don't have much potential.
