You also say this is a PPR league which makes SJax even more valuable. Remember this is a guy who once caught 90 passes 2 years ago and has caught 40/38 in 12 and 13 games the last 2 seasons. Currently him and Desean have the same amount of receptions.

Yeah, man... The only thing that I was hesitant about was SJax's TD count. But, I think he may turn that around in the second half of the season.

I just accepted the trade. Now, if I can grab Williams for Celek, I will be set.

If your RB's weren't so bad I wouldn't do this but I understand the position your in. Celek is McNabb's only red zone target and has the same amount of targets this year as DJax. I've got Keller in 2 leagues and you never feel comfortable starting him anymore. He's boom or busts with plenty more busts.

Trust me... I didn't want to get rid of either DJax or Celek. I would prefer to keep both. But, my situation at RB is so dire, moves were mandatory if I want to make a serious run at the top prize.

I was worried that, with all of Slaton's fumbles, he would eventually be yanked. My worst fears were realized Sunday and the fact that the backup stepped in and performed so well is a very bad sign for Steve. I may have ended up with no starting RBs on my roster.

Another issue for me is that, my record is so good, I'm too low on the waiver wire to get anyone of quality. I desperately wanted Beanie Wells last week, but I knew he was never going to fall to me on the waiver wire.

Also, DJax and Celek are never going to have higher trade value than right now. I'm always looking to trade high.

I would trade D-Jax for S-Jax... Considering he has only scored once and he is 10th in points for rb's is pretty impressive. He will get in the endzone more in the second half.

I hope so, because he is on my team now. It was honestly painful to let DJax go, because he is probably the main reason that I am sitting at 6-2, but it had to be done.

Good trade for you especially in a ppr league.

You will regret that move buddy.

St. Louis isn't scoring any more TDs in the second half than they did in the first half. I don't care how their schedule looks.

I doubt I will regret it. Did you see my running back corps? I'm not losing much by replacing DJax with Percy Harvin in my lineup. Switching SJax for Felix Jones? That is a significant upgrade, regardless of whether he scores TDs or not.

I say good on you with the DJax for SJax trade. I honestly feel like you're buying low on Steve a bit. He's far and away through the worst of his schedule, and really has no stonewall runstopping defensive teams left. I know, the TD's are low, but in a full 1.0 PPR and the worst of his schedule behind him I really do think you made a killing. I'm a MAJOR believer in SJax the rest of the way.

Week 10:

Steven Jackson:

26 carries for 131 yards/1 touchdown
9 receptions for 45 yards

= 32 fp in a 1.0 ppr league

DeSean Jackson:

8 receptions for 91 yards

= 17 fp in 1.0 ppr league

Yep... It was a very good week. I enjoyed watching SJax for the first time with a vested interest. The guy is an absolute truck.

Yep. Watching guys like Sjax/MJD/Rice/AP is so fun. Sjax just doesnt get the credit he deserves because he is litterly the only weapon that team has.

Did you end up getting Ricky Williams too? Looks like he is gonna be the featured back with Brown out.
