Re: NBA Draft 2010 Stock Watch
Evan Turner's stock has took a pretty good leap. He was projected as a mid to late lottery pick. So far the 6'7 swingman is averaging 19.8 points, 12.8 rebounds and 6.7 assists per game. He's also shooting it at 50% from the field and 44% from 3 point land. He probably won't be able to sustain such numbers throughout an entire season, but he could end up being a 19 point, 9 rebound and 5 assist guy. He has been compared to Brandon Roy or Marquis Daniels, but I see him as a Joe Johnson type player in the NBA. Can handle and pass the ball like a point, but able to score like a SG with the ability to rebound like a forward. He might be picked right after John Wall.
