Red face Jr High Phenom Yarik not to be resigned

The Y2K experiment failed and Yarik will be a restricted FA next year.
Again the critics of this pick including this poster think the Clips
should have picked Danny Granger and we were right.
However, I dont think it was wasted pick at #12 unlike the
Olowokandi #1 pick in which Elder passed on Mike Bibby.
The gamble was worth it at #12 that Yarik would turn into decent
player.

Kandi and Kwame Brown remain the worst #1 picks in recent
history. This just shows that great players like
Baylor and MJ dont make great GMs.

This move clears $$$ for Livingstick and Kaveman.

Project never failed, Dunleavy hopes to sign Yarik to a longer deal at a cheaper price then that of him getting if his option was taken

Thumbs up Good move and Yarik will walk

The Clips are committing to their nucleus with the signing of Kaveman
and next year's extension of Livingstick. Q Ross will also get
a new contract and Shorty will leave Greece next year for
a reserve role as the Clip's big man.

I dont see Korolev blowing up, he hasnt even flashed me any potential at all. Just resign Ross and Singleton and admit that pick was a mistake.

Korolev has tons of potential, he has a great all around game, just needs the legit playing time, which he wouldn't get in LA, but when he goes to a team where he will get the time, he will be damn good. Stupid Baylor and Dunleavy not stashing him in Europe and keeping him with CSKA Moscow until we had open roster spots.

Skita once scored 33 or so in a preseason game too. But the guy clearly is light years away from being ready to play. I agree with the other poster saying to stash him in Europe or Russia, something we obviously needed to do.
