Default Hou-Mil trade scenerio

Since T-mac is not happy. Houston trade McGrady to Milwaukee for Michael Redd, Joe Alexander, Kurt Thomas and a future pick.

I honestly don't see why not.

The Rockets have no cap space going into 2010 because they'll need to re-sign Scola and possibly Kyle Lowry.

Milwaukee could probably make use of T-Mac down the stretch for a playoff push. If Grover says T-Mac is healthy, I believe he's ready to contribute. Worst case scenario he's like Jermaine O'Neal. J-O is about 75% of the "original", so he's still a very productive player, and a legit top 15 C. McGrady in any shape should be ready to contribute if they are ready to end the Michael Redd era.

Nice move on Hou's part. They get rid of someone they really don't need, and get back a center who they desperately need, and a guy in Redd who should have a comeback year, and Joe Alexander who basically got no chance to prove himself. Isn't he a prototypical Skiles type player? Hustle and Defense???

Mil gets skrewed tho, they get pennies on the dollar. TMac? That would be strictly a salary cap move.

lakers should trade Morrison for Alexander, both expirers, salaries prob don't match as Morrison makes about 5.5 and Joe only about 3. But add a scrub and it matches. (Or Jennings would match salary wise too )

LA gets a SF with Luke out, Mil aint using Joe anyways.

i like that trade for both teams. t-mac would definitely give the bucks the edge on one of the last two playoff spots in the east. that rockets lineup would be pretty cool

c-kurt thomas
pf-luis scola
sf-trevor ariza
sg-mike redd
pg-aaron brooks
battier, landry, hayes, lowry, budinger off the bench and alexander if he ever gets his game going. that's a pretty solid team, add yao in next year and it gets even better.

Redd's marksmen skilled should be perfect for a ball moving Rockets team.

As a Bucks fan -

I'll sign at the bottom line !!!!!!!!!!

T-Mac is on his last year .... Redd has P option this summer , leaving $15+mill on the table ...
Redd will play to the end of his contract , He's been to injury prone and he knows it.

As a Bucks fan I'm okay with it.

Won't happen though. No chance.
