Like the other posters have said, work your ass off to learn and get better and become the best individual and team player you can be.
Another thing to remember, stay positive, don't let it get you down, believe that your time will come. A negative pissed-off attitude will be counter productive and may even hurt your game. Have the hunger and a little chip on your shoulder, but remember to have fun too. If the coaches and other players get a positive impression of you that can go a long way towards helping your cause.
