Default Lopez needs help.

A move needs to be made.... Harris doesnt look like he is motivated, Lopez definitely needs more help.
We deffinently cant get a 1st option type player with the core of players we have... but hey... maybe something like Mcgrady... IDK Battie, Simmons, Hassell,
I know he isnt the same TMac he was but hey... He is a scorer, maybe not always motivated but he gets the job done in the scoring category...

REMEMBER: it is only a on year thing....

I dont even know what to do about Harris right now... He needs to be motivated

I wouldnt mind T-Mac coming to Jersey. I think hes motivated and ready to play. But I dont think the Rockets want anyone on our team not named Lopez, CDR, T-Will, and Harris.

What would the point be though? To win games? I think we've already thoroughly put ourselves out of the playoffs to bother at this point. Right now, just dont break the fewest wins record and play hard every night should be our goal.

harris, harris, harris...

someone mentioned at ND that the reason he played such better defense at dallas is because avery johnson was on his back so much. this makes perfect sense to me and the facts all seem to fit together... this is probably part of the reason harris wanted no part of playing for johnson.

i don't know what to think about harris anymore. he seems less and less like a starting PG and more like an undersized 2-guard. or maybe he should be playing that jason terry-type role for somebody.

so i think i'd rather have t-will / dooling playing PG at this point. those guys are so much more interested in getting others involved, such as lopez. and meanwhile we can hope like hell that the lottery balls bounce the right wall to grab john wall or some other top PG prospect. if thorn can get a good deal for harris, i say do it yesterday. maybe some playoff-bound team will need him near the trade deadline. throw in skip to my lou if you can, or just dump him back off at the NYC playgrounds...

Yeah to win games... This organization needs to bring in fans. It's not just B-ball, it is a business. TMac might win us games, taking the stress out of Lopez and especially Harris....

Think about it. I was never talking playoffs. 0-18 never happened before.... We need to do SOMETHING.

At this point it's just a panic move. We have the record. Nothing will change that. Whether it's 0-18 or 0-25 the record is still ours. So what's the point of winning games right now? It is a business, but most businesses fail when you start changing your plan and models midway through. Bringing in a guy like T-Mac, if he is healthy, will severely change the way we planned this team to be. Players, coaches, management, journalists knew that we were going to be a bottom 5 team. That was our plan since trading Vince. We get a high draft pick, cap flexibility, and opportunities to develop our young guys like Brook, CDR, Courtney, Williams. Now you want to bring in T-Mac who if healthy will eat major minutes away from 3 of those guys. For what purpose though? Just to win some meaningless games that take away from our business model? If we're not going to be contending for playoffs or a title, I say just lose as much as you can and get a high draft pick. Now none of us saw the 0-18 start. That was a worst case scenario, but now that we have it, it's no time to panic and then all of the sudden break from our already laid plans.
