Everyone putting MW2 as worst game of the year has obviously forgot about Halo: ODST. That game was easily worse and it was pathetic how matchmaking for Firefight wasn't included. That's my vote for Worst Game of the Year(with expectations).

there was much more hype for mw2

with halo odst alot of people already had its doubts about it

campaign was short

they told you that there would be no matchmaking(i didnt get the memo)

there wasnt much except for 3 new maps for halo 3 alot of people knew what they were getting with odst and that was a decent game that is not worht 60 bucks but bought it anyways

I bought it too. I plan on selling it on Ebay or something now. Regardless of which game had more hype, Halo ODST was the biggest disappointment for games with at least moderate hype. I wouldn't have bought it if I knew there would be no matchmaking, and I actually looked some stuff up on it before it came out. I heard a lot about the Firefight but nothing about them not including matchmaking. I thought it was a no brainer to add matchmaking, especially with the comparisons to Horde from GoW2, comparisons that even Bungie made.

Haven't played ODST. From this, and a couple other posts, I have no interest in it either.

dont sell it

the only way your gonna be able to play he halo reach beta is if you have odst unless you dont really care about playing reach

anyways i agree no matchmaking in firefight is retarded if it had matchmaking i would probably still be playing it

Intrinsic, it's worth a rent at best. The campaign was fun and different, but it's just not something you would want to buy. It's more like a collectors item for big Halo fans.

I completely forgot about that! I better hold on to it a little longer. I'd like to check out the Reach beta. Any news on when that beta will be playable?
