wtf? middle of nowhere? It's not like we are in south dakota for f*ck's sake. It's Ohio. It's a pretty populous state, and cleveland isn't a small city either. (And besides, wtf does that have to do with a chinese investor purchasing it, its about marketing to china!)The reason why the picked the cavs is because their value is increasing at a higher rate than all the other teams. They are worth 476 million now, and only a few years ago they were bought for 125$ mill.
