The Spurs wouldn't trade Duncan for anyone. They owe him so much for all the years of excellence.

out of all the trade proposals on this board, 99 percent are stupid, ignorant, and unrealistic.

Not interested in that trade.

This trade however, as a Spurs fan, I'd probably pull the trigger.

Hawks get:

Tony Parker (12.6 mil)
Theo Ratliff (league min - expirer)

Spurs get:

Al Horford (4.3 mil)
Mike Bibby (6.2 mil)

Horford/Duncan and McDyess/Blair frontcourt would be the ****!!!

Yeah like we'd give up our best big man for a big man we gave away 8 years ago and a pg we really don't need.

How about we give you Marvin Williams and Bibby for Tony Parker. Now thats fair.

spurs will never part with duncan. its hilarious you think its a bad trade for the hawks to get duncan. its probably the only thing that will get them in the ECF. definately dont want smith or johnson

yeah, if I were Atlanta, I'd hold on to Horford tight. My trade idea is a pipe dream... or more of a christmas wish. I guess I'm banking on GM's holding Parker highly, which may or may not be true... I'm not dying to get Williams (or Bibby) on the Spurs, but Horford I think would be the perfect Spur, and they could use his shot blocking and overall size. Williams (and Smith) strikes me as more as a SF/PF, which I would take in SA but not by means of Parker. Smith is definitely an elite shot blocker and Williams is quite athletic too, but I'd prefer a C with size ala Haywood or Gortat.
