Re: Is it just coincidence that the Blazers and Clippers have so many injuries or
it probably plays a role, but it also is atributed to certain players injury proneness ... cuz it is known that teams like phoenix and denver have great strength training coaches, trainers, medical treatment, etc.

Most years we have 1 guy who is having major injury issues (by major I mean full season injuries), but other than that the other injuries are your usual injuries that you see on any other team. This year is the exception where everybody is getting hurt.
Re: Is it just coincidence that the Blazers and Clippers have so many injuries or
I dont know maybe the training staff has some influece on those injuries but cmon not that amount of injuries. It's like if the Blazers players are made from glass. Well unless the training staff is giving them some high dose of weakening poison
Re: Is it just coincidence that the Blazers and Clippers have so many injuries or
i would like to think they are just going through some bad luck, kind of how the cleveland browns seemed to be getting staph infections every week for the last couple years.
Re: Is it just coincidence that the Blazers and Clippers have so many injuries or
I think it's just once you get your contract for the Clippers, you mail it in or you go for stats. Eh, maybe you just go for stats in the contract year, injured the rest
Re: Is it just coincidence that the Blazers and Clippers have so many injuries or
Yea I don't know... I mean you have the Lakers who have Bynum who can't seem to stay healthy for a full year and Walton is always injured... but everyone else seems to be fine. Maybe Portland is just full of Walton's and Bynum's
Either that or indeed their training sessions are too hard and they get tired in games which is going to lead to injury eventually because of fatigue or in Bynum's case... Lazy azz body language so when people fall on your leg it snaps because it's locked.

Harder training sessions=more injuries.
You know Clyde Drexler got the Blazers coach fired because he tried to make them practice hard before gameday. He was like, "You don't understand, we need a days rest, that's not how the NBA works."
Nate isn't stupid. Practices are probably lighter on the night bewteen games.
