Pretty sure you release the ball before you actually leave the ground on your jump. That goes against all laws of basketball

why do you throw the ball up before you even jump in the air, try releasing it at the top of your jump, not before your feet even leave the ground

1.iam 5'9-5'10,ya it looks way bigger then me idk if that hoop is regulation cuz it looks gigantic when you play on it plus it doesnt help that my friend holding the cam is 6'8

2.yup i dont why they spread but they do

3.iam just shooting around ,plus there alot of cracks on the floor and it has some slippery spots too

I'm not the only one nit-picking you.. must mean something.

Get some personal time with your HS coach (if you play) and try to fix these little nuances. Your game will take off if you change those little things.

Can't fix the athleticism, but you can still be a solid player with skills and desire.
