Any news from LA about a K. Hinrich trade with Bulls?

I'm trying to locate any info on this trade rumor about the Lakers interested in the guard ....

If this trade does go down - I think Lakers would solidify their PG issue.

It's a bogus rumor. Chad Ford was asked the question if Hinrich would be a good fit for the Lakers, he answered yes, and a blogger picked it up. From there it spread like wildfire.

Put that guy in the lineup with Kobe, Pau and Bynum and he'll look like Stockton lol. Fisher is not a true PG and it's a shame because there are so many opportunities to make plays on this team. Lakers with less turnovers and more easy scores = DEADLY...

even a better trade for the Lakers (in terms of not giving away great players) would be with Minnesota. they will have 2 young talented PG in 2011 and one of them is redundant. A trade for either Flynn (rookie good potential) or Rubio (top playmaker, ideal for Lakers) would come in handy and i dont think Minney would be too fussy about it

A source confirmed the Bulls have had discussions with the Lakers about Hinrich, most likely for Adam Morrison and Sasha Vujacic, but nothing is imminent.
