Default Sonics vs. Lakers (2 Game Series)

I predict Sonic sweep

Thats what the Sonics need to do to get back respect

And I think they will be able to do it, it doesn't matter if Kobe plays or not

Sonics have enough talent

And they will beat LA both times

Lightbulb Sonics will pull the upset

Ray Allen will catch fire and Wilcox will be fed inside where
Bynum (who is soft on D) will be posturized.

Good game guys. You definately made it closer than I expected. Wilcox, Allen, and Watson all played quite well, and Shard didn't play too badly either, specifically in crunch time. It was a great comeback in the second quarter, and was eerily similar to the Suns/Lakers game on opening night (although the comeback team won that one). It'll be tough for you guys to make the playoffs this year, but I could stilll see it happening. Still rely a little too much on the 3 ball, especially Ray and Shard, but Wilcox is an amazing rebounder, offensive and defensive, and is a force in the paint. Anyways, good game guys. Good luck on Sunday.

thanks ridKs

i would like to see more post ups for wilcox to open up the jumpers/3s

but dont write us off after 2 games-- it is a long season. i still think we will be in the hunt for a playoff spot at the end of the year; the west is very competitive-- sonics included

It was a good game and it will also be a good game on Sunday. Respect to the Sonics for not folding after the first quarter. They fought back hard! The Lakers and Sonics have always played each other tight.

Props to the glove for the nads to bet his avatar against mr. sizzle. Ya gotta have passion for your team or you a nothing but a bandwaggoner!

Lakers shot 55%
Sonics shot 45%

Lakers attempted 48 FTs
Sonics attempted 16 FTs

It was in LA

Yet it went down to the last minute

Next is in Seattle, and I doubt

1. Lakers Get 3 times as many FTs
2. Lakers shoot 70% in the 1st Q
3. Lakers win

At home I don't see the Sonics falling to the Lakers. Ray Allen will be there in the 4th quarter on Sunday and Wilcox will be beating down the boards and also Bynum . I am predicting 104-93 Sonics win at home.
