thought i would share my first recorded dunk btw the ring is not 10ft but it still was fun

Man a lot of people there for such a crappy rim lol.

Way to go man. You look like you need a couple more inches for a 10 foot am I right? I dunked with 2 hands on a 9'7 a few months ago (when I was healthy) but I was still a few inches from getting it on a 10.

i can dunk on a 10ft on a good day but your right i need a few more inches to get it in every time any tips???

Yea train your vert. If you have never trained it before you will be dunking in no time if you are already that close. Do you know what you need to do?

i have an idea plyos,weight training lose bf% but is there any lil things like jumping form, stretches, timing etc...
have not worked out in a while might get back into some plyos

Honestly weight training is more important. You get a lot of plyos just playing bball since you are jumping all the time... though some people really don't' jump much when they play so they do need plyos more than someone that does. If your game involves a lot of jumping (Going for blocks/boards/etc.) Then just stick to the weights. You may end up needing plyos, but they can really mess up your knees so I'd try and avoid them if possible. Doing maybe 5-6 sets each leg workout shouldn't hurt though (should help) so maybe some depth jumps, switching lunges, knee tuck jumps... that sort of thing for 5-6 sets would be good.
