sounds like they both had a decent showing, who in your mind was better?

Hey, **** you.

DeRozan hit both of his on first try. Gordon took like 6 tries for his first and 4/5 for his second. Gordon's were better dunks overall, but I still liked DeRozan winning. And he did the JRich between the legs left hand finish very easily.

26 points (11-15), 6 rebounds, 5 assists, 5 steals

Props to Blair, he had a great game, but he got about 5 offensive boards off of his own missed shots.

Evans put up 26-6-5, on 73% shooting, Blair wasn't robbed.

Did you watch the game? Seems you didnt. Evans also had 5 assists and 5 steals. He set the tone which was to push it making it uptempo. Sophs had no answer to control the pace in which he set. He got his shot when he wanted and where. Both were deserving. Hence CO-MVP

No he cleaned the glass. And the shots he attempted inside were against taller players making it difficult. He fought for those rebounds. If thats considered padding then I must be on another planet. Damn sure aint EARTH.

And, in support of a season-long effort to better youth communities in Dallas, T-Mobile has once again teamed up with NBA Cares to give local students a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. By successfully completing academic, reading, school attendance, and community service requirements, nearly 4,000 students ages 11-15, from schools within the Dallas and Arlington Independent School Districts, will watch the game from the lower bowl’s “best seats in the house” at American Airlines Center on Friday, Feb. 12. Students will wear T-Mobile jerseys, creating a “sea of magenta” throughout the stands. T-Mobile also will provide attendees with the opportunity to have their vote count toward selecting the MVP of the T-Mobile Rookie Challenge & Youth Jam game by voting on NBA.com or via SMS on mobile phones during the second half of the game.

http://finance.yahoo.com/news/TMobil....html?x=0&.v=1

That explains the screaming, and 4000 votes that went against their Dallas rival.

The whole All-Star weekend is a popularity contest.
