Default Andrew Bogut

Is making all Aussie's proud with his play lately. He has absolutely shaken off any bust label and it is clear that he is currently a top 2 centre in the league along with having the most complete game out of any centre. Bucks knew what they were doing when they picked him up. Nobody expected Milwaukee to make any sort of playoff run this year but with Bogut and Jennings they may provide a scare for a few teams in the east. Obviously not ready to contend but still great to see a nice guy like Bogut make strides after a few difficult years.

Bogut was gonna take a while to develop. we all knew it. But he always had the talent, size and brains to be an elite player in this league

If charlotte makes a run - Bucks are out of the playoff's

u say what ? ----> check their schedule

Bucks can't stay this hot , and Brown is a very good coach.

-----------------------
Now everyone is jumping on Boguts bandwagon

he like most centers don't get enough looks in the NBA , this is a fact.
When the Bucks had Redd , Bogut was 2nd or 3rd option.

Skiles doesn't have a go to guy , so he had to go to Bogut with most touchs , simply because the beginning of the season his PG was taking the most shot attempts of the team averaging around 20+ a game.
THIS is not rocket science : a center shoots from 6-8 feet while perimeter players take less % shots from 12-20+ feet.

Last couple weeks Howard has been beasting as well , because he's getting more touchs and Vangundy is taking the ball out of Vinces shot selections.

--------
Why do you think Yao was very good when he was playing ?
they could not just let him run the floor , if he was on the floor they had to make him a promient player on the offensive end.
More touchs = higher %.

Did anyone really think he was a bust in the first place? Kwame is a bust. Bogut was bound to be a solid center, but he's a little better than expected, too. I dunno if he's ever a 20 10 guy though. But he is a great piece.

I belive we expected something else from, a divac kind of player with 3 point range. A player who would be known for a great basketball IQ and finese. We did not want a regular center again, we wanted something special.

Hmm maybe because he is white perhaps?

His game is nothing like that. He has a lot of skill (can finish with either hand about as well as Gasol) but is tough too.

The Bobcats aren't catching the Bucks btw. Salmons gave them the extra scoring threat that they desperately needed and they are on a roll now.

Yea, that is why. I remeber when he was in college, his passing skill and 3 point range was the thing we wanted to see.

How is his charging this season?

Bogut is legit. Anybody who doesn't think he's a great center is either racist or stupid.
