Question Trade of Charlie V

I think Bargnani is definitely a great offensive talent but I'm thinking that the Raps could have picked up a pg in the draft and kept Charlie, who we knew what we were gonna get from, every night. That being said, I do think that TJ Ford is a good addition to the team, but they just need more consistency from him. My 2 questions are, who do you think got the better of the trade, and does anyone think that my alternitive idea would've worked also?

With Bosh & Bargnani, the Raps have the PF slot covered and really needed a pass first and tempermentally mature PG. Hopefully, TJ is that PG and barring injury, should be good for the Raps. similarly, CV should be good for the Bucks frontcourt. He was talented but this trade was about mutual benefit and covering gaps in respective teams and should work out for both teams in the long run.

Great trade for both teams. I am really happy for Charlie, I think he would have been held back if he stayed in TO behind Bosh. His natural position is PF and he's in a good situation now. And besides, TJ Ford is

I guess what i'm really asking is if anyone here thinks that Bargnani will be a real factor in games at any time this season and not just someone who comes in during the unimportant times in a game, makes a couple of shots, racks up fouls and goes back to the bench?

I think this trade was good for both teams.
TJ suits very well our new run and gun system and the Bucks get a good front court combo with Villanuena and Bogut.
I believe Bargnani will get mote min. as the season goes by and he adapts himself to a new league and country (letīs not forget heīs 21).

As the season goes on I believe he will get more important minutes and improve. Certainly his tendency to get fouls is one of the factors that will decide his minutes.

I think Gay would have been great on this team his jersey would be real popular around younge and wesley. But if they didn't get for who would play point?
