I spend a lot of time in the Bay Area so it would be cool to see the Warriors actually trying to win, not just score a lot of points. Hopefully they find a great owner.
So they get sold they're getting a new building right? Especially if the Oracle head buys them?
Nah, I don't see them getting a new building anytime soon, or at least moving from Oakland. They're the main tenant in the Oracle, and also has California's largest NBA arena by seating capacity...by comparison, the HP Pavilion in San Jose seats 1,000 less for basketball. Similar to KeyArena in Seattle, the Oracle Arena (back then the Oakland Coliseum Arena) underwent a renovation which basically rebuilt the interior of the arena.
I don't think that David Stern would allow the NBA to abandon such a very large media market like the San Francisco Bay Area.

warriors are not going anywhere. The A's are finally getting their own stadium and will most likely be moving out of Oakland. I would expect Al to make some changes to the Mac because the Raiders will finally have that all to themselves.
