Lane Agility test is simple- start at the bottom left corner of the lane and baseline (though technically it wouldn't matter where you start). Run forward to the elbow, lateral slide right to the other elbow, run backward to the corner of that lane line and the baseline, lateral slide left back to where you started

Well Brad Newly has all of those things down pretty well. The guy scored 24 on Rudy Gay in a half (draft workouts) and yet you wont see him getting drafted.
