Santonio Holmes, D'brickashaw Ferguson, Nick Mangold, Braylon Edwards, Santonio Holmes, & Antonio Cromartie, Leon Washinton will ALL be free agents after next season....this is the 1st and last time all of these players will be on the same team, theres no way, no chance the Jets can re-sign all of them...If they don't win it all this year, consider it almost a fail b/c there will probably be a downfall in 2011, MOST LIKELY.

For Jets its not much of a risk AT ALL though, I mean a 5th rounder for a top 15 WR in the NFL is great move.. even if Holmes is suspended for 4 games, he'll still probably out perform whoever the Steelers take in 5th round.

Oh I know. I never said getting Holmes for a 5th rounder was a bad move. in fact, it could be a HUGE steal. But you also have to consider that Holmes will be out for AT LEAST 4 games, maybe more. But still, it's a crazy good trade to acquire THAT type of talent. Just hope Holmes gets his act together off the field.
And regarding the rookie WRs. I think Demaryius Thomas will be the best WR out of the group.
Good point... makes you wonder if Holmes did something worse or is going to get suspended more then 4 games? A 5th rounder is extremely cheap for someone with his talent..
So the Jets add a Ladainian Tomlinson who still think she's the LT of 5 years ago and has an enormous ego. They add Antonio Cromartie, who's got like 14 kids with 15 different women and has other off the field issues. And now they just got a WR who has a big ordeal off the field goign on currently, too?

4gm suspension and he is a free agent at seasons end. Pitt wasnt going to pay him. He has a list of off the field incidents. What did you guys think Holmes was worth given what has been laid out?
