Any of you guys know of a good workout plan you could link me to? I'm not overweight, but I need to tone up and get cut. Two of my good friends and I just got a membership to a gym. Any advice is appreciated. Also, any advice on diets to help you get cut and supplements or anything.
I used P90X and had great results. It's even got Plyometrics built in to help with your vert. Definately not a workout plan if you want to bulk, as it's more for cutting. For suppliments, Protien Shakes and Creatine are the only 2worth paying for. If your lifting heavy, L-glutamine, glucosamine, and MSM help with muscle and joint recovery.
