Agreed and they've had some bad ones. He's coming back they've said that all along.

Kosta Koufos would have made much more sense as the back-up, I personally think he is a decent player if he had a little bit of playing time, Fesenko just sucks.

This is the truth

Koufus gave us some solid minutes against Denver

Just read that the Jazz are picking up Raja Bell, awesome move on the part of the Jazz, seems like the Jazz are finally making some good free agency moves. I'm actually really shocked that he didn't really play for anybody last year.

what other options are there for size/depth??? And O'Connor said they had too many Centers including Al, that's why he sent out Koufos, plus to dump a little salary after taking 13 mil of Al's on. It would be solid to see them get another body at C, like K.Thomas or Ratliff, but they'll survive. Maybe gamble on Sean Williams?

There has to be someone out there that can have more production then Fesenko, and relatively tall. The only reason anyone gives 2 ****'s about Fesenko is the fact that he is tall.

How bout the game where he shut down Bynum and than spends the next game on the bench while their whole front line puts up a double/double. WTF Jerry?

He'd come to mind recently but it sounded like he was headed elsewhere. I guess they gave him more years and money. Big risk for a shooting guard at his age coming off a serious injury(shooting wrist?).

One of the things they said Matthews needed to work on was ball handling and Raja can help out there which is needed with Price as the back-up.(Shannon Brown back to the Lakers).

He's also a vet. Biggest problem other than age and injury is Sloan's undying love for him could hurt.

The way they keep spending money you got to think AK will be gone. Still have some mid-level money and two exemptions to bring in a back-up pg and center help(even though they're so deep there. LOL!)

Eeeny Meeny Miney Mo. Could it get worse than a 7' that doesn't do anything?

He's full of it too. He went on to say that Okur could be slow in recoving. Which is it Kevin?

That's the problem with the franchise. They and their fans are happy if they survive. Championships are an afterthought. Bye bye Deron.

They wouldn't touch him. Kwame would be nice and he's one they've looked at. Tolliver I guess is on their list to step in the Okur role.

Tall and heavy and young. Maybe if they'd left him in the Ukraine for another 5 or 10 years he could give them something but he's worthless right now. Even the Stanford stiff twins(Collins') would be better.

With huge holes still to fill at the one and 5.

How do they have holes at the PG? Ronnie Price is a good backup that can get you by while Deron is the bench, Sundiata Gaines is really not bad either that can play when one of them get injured.

I'd go with Gaines over Price. I preferred Maynor too but had to give him away to open another movie theater. That's the problem. You need to do more than get by or be not bad.

That's something they never figured out during Stockton's tenure either with the long string of stiffs they had behind him. If the back-up is letting the other team back in the game while your star is resting what's the point?

Price is not a pg. He can not run the team. He can not shoot though he loves to do so. He doesn't pass. He's not a back-up or rotation player. He's an end of the bench situational energy guy at best.

That might work if you had a coach that could look outside the lines and put the ball in other players hands whom are much better with the ball in their hands such as CJ/AK/Raja/the rook but they are stuck with Sloan. Need a seasoned vet.

Brewer signed with Chicago for three-year and $12.5 million. Would rather of had Brewer then Bell for the similar prices.

Actually I agree with your assessment of Price, but Jefferson will play lots of C, so they should be set there with him,Okur and Fesenko. They could think about signing a guy like Kurt Thomas,Theo Ratliff or even Kwame Brown to upgrade from Fesenko.
