That's really not that suprising. Kobe gives up a lot, especially on defensive plays...he gambles way too much. And he only "tries" to play defense a handful of times during a season, and even so, his defense is just nothing but a ton of fouling that doesn't even get called.

There was also this play where Manu Ginobolli pulled a spin move, Kobe was guarding him, and Kobe absoultely fell and flew backwards from the free throw to the restricted charge area. It was worst than that one Wade hessitation crossover where the guy went flying. When Ginobolli pulled the move, the Laker announcers went quiet...and they acted as if it didn't even see it.

After rewatching it a couple of times, it wasn't even a crossover, it does look like Kobe just slipped and then Tayshaun backed up and took the shot. You ppl are just str8 hatin.

In the jazz-celtics game harpring flat out fell from a crossover from pierce. It wasn't even a very good crossover, Harpring is just really uncoordinated and tripped over his own feet. It was more of a pure crossover than the Kobe-prince one though.

you guys remember when Prince had that nasty spin move on Bron and jammed it? that was nice too. when Prince does something it just looks 10X hotter than it should, just because of his whole style of movement.

Haha, I've brought that up a few times on this board. That move was amazing. Bron was completely leaning on one side of Tay in the post, and Tay just spun right off him towards the basket for the huge dunk. They replayed it like 5-6 times too right after the play, and probably dozens more from Sportscenter highlights.

Yea, that was actually a move.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=23Tt13WCGHw

what happened last night was Tayshaun heading towards the basket, Kobe's weak knee giving out, and then Tayshaun stepping back and taking the shot.

Kobe definitely returned way too early from the injury.

He can't play that good of defense right now. and he added too much upper strength to his body.

He might need to Play SF.

He still jukes other guys out though. Its just part of the game.

Prince waited until Kobe ran towards him and he just flew by him and stepped back for the shot. It wasn't anything special and Im not saying that cuz im a laker fan but it wasn't a crossover and it was a pretty quick move.

Is Kobe24 the most overly-defensive, over-emotional pansy on ISH? Mesays yes. Anytime anybody says ANYTHING about Kobe, you can bet he'll be making some sort of angry reply 2 minutes later

at this whole thread. Kobe fans being so defensive of their God "He didn't fall!! He didn't! It was just his knee! Just a routine play! See!!" LOL

That was weak. Tayshaun didn't even cross Kobe. His first step caught Kobe off balance though. I was expecting a crossover then fall. Very disappointed!

How you figure? Everytime they matchup, Prince gives him fits. Kobe's numbers across the board declines when Prince is on him.

That's beside the point. Prince gives a lot of people fits. This thread however was posted because there are a lot of Kobe hater's out there.
