OT: Whose gonna be camping for a PS3?

I don't understand why don't more people do this? Pre-order as many Ps3's as you can possibly can. And then sell them biitches! Easy profit. 100% fail-proof short-term investment!! When the Ps4 comes out, I'm going to do just that and take a month off work

They were taking Ps3 pre-orders as early as two years ago (or so I've heard).. If you pre-order early, you can get your hands on a bunch of them I bet

I live in canada and all the stores that pre-ordered them have ran out and theres only future shop and best buy left i think that didnt pre order them. So i am going to be standing in line like 10 hours in advance with some friends and try to get 2 for myself and put them both on ebay right away.

only if you have an army of people, people were camping out overnight to preorder them at toys r us,eb games and gamestop.

Well, i dont know about the US but in Canada Future Shop and Best Buy aren't doing any pre-orders for sure.

Bestbuy and Wal-mart will get to most, Super wal-mart will get more than regular wal-marts. 24 hour wal-marts will sell them at 12:01am plus you get to wait inside.

I have heard that Wal-mart will set up X of number of chairs (X = Numbers of systems they have) and you sit down to claim your spot.

Just curious, if I sleepover at a place such as best buy that doesn't take pre-orders, you think I'll have a chance of getting one? And is there a limit to 1 per person?

Your gonna have to wait 36 hours at bestbuy and sleep over 2 nights since they dont sell them until 10am on November 17th

Jst checked Ebay. The 60GB ones are going for $1500-2000 on average. The 20GB are going for $800-1100..

A few hours in line to make 100% profit.. I'd say it's worth it!
