Default Dress shirts

I recently got a job at a bank, and I need to get some shirts. I have never really owned any dress shirts with collars, and don't know too much about them. I have a few questions.

1. How do I get measurements(like neck and sleeves)
2. What are some good brands? Probably like $15 a shirt
3. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...2373&rd=1&rd=1
Would these be good for me, most of the shirts I own are medium in size.

why are you asking here/buying on ebay? go to JCPenny or something and ask the guy in the "nice clothes dept" to measure you. thats what I did when I needed a suit.

If any brand than you should buy some Lacoste shirts. But if you want a shirt at $15 than you can get either a brand new fake Lacoste shirt or a used but real Lacoste shirt. The choice is your.

yeah, you could find good deals at these places and burlington coat factory. they got brand name (nautica, claiborne, polo) button ups for around $20.
