Declares to media Nash is hard to simulate in practice because he's always palming the ball

"Yeah, because you can't carry the ball like he does in practice," Jackson said, smiling as he moved his arm and turned over his palm, the symbol for an illegal carry in the unofficial sign language of basketball. "You can't pick that ball up and run with it."

My reaction to this is best equated to this guy: Sasha Vujacic. I love to make fun of him just like you guys do, but then one day I had an epiphany. He plays for the Lakers in the city of LA, he's a millionaire, and he's doing Maria Sharapova. There comes a moment when you just realize you have nothing on the guy anymore, so I've quit making fun of Vujacic.

I would normally say Phil is petty and this is idiotic, but I just can't argue anymore with 10 rings, and him having the benefit of some of the most lopsidedly referee'ed games in playoff history. So maybe it works.

Wow phil jackson is a smart deuche bag f@g.

Obviously it's just psychological warfare but you would think he would target someone/something else as that isn't going to affect Nash at all. He won't worry or think about it and it won't get called once in the series. He should have gone after Amare or Richardson or something.

That's what YOU think. Just wait till Game 1, see what will happen. See what Joey Crawford does.

sometimes phil does do things that effect the lakers on purpose... he recently admitted he callled sacremento a cow town to rile the kings fans up because he felt the lakers were a little intimidated by noisy crowds and he knew the kings fans would respond... and boy did they...lol

He said this before about Wade. ISH then proceeded to post loads of pics and vids of Kobe doing the same.

True, Nash won't flinch. Nash has been around the public for a long time now. He's mentally and physically tough.

Nash on Phil Jackson saying he carries: "The best coach in the league, Popovich, didn't have a problem with it last week."
