i think he has 18

EDIT: He has 16 rushing, 2 receiving, and one throwing (Not sure if that counts, but probably not)

Peppers is the DPOY right now, forget the 11 sacks...he does so much more then just sack the QB...as far as MVP, it's LT, Barber or Manning right now...Smith is more valuable then Peppers for Carolina, unless Carolina learns how to run the ball so Carolina don't rely on Smith every freaking possession.

Mcnabb is putting up huge numbers but no one is mentioning him for MVP..Probably because of the Eagle's record.

West-Side,

Tiki Barber is no MVP. He's leading the league in rushing - but he has only 1 touchdown total this year. I don't know if there has ever been an offensive player with an MVP award who never reached or contributed to scoring more than twice in that particular season. (what Barber is presumed to end with)

In other words, you don't get any brownie points trying to go outside the box here.

All I know is McNair is great. With the Ravens D and the offensive clicking, the Ravens may go a long way this year.

No but I think the Chargers offense is better and they have a better chance to go a long way. I am not taking anything away from the Ravens. I am just saying Chargers offense is better then the Ravens. And I am also saying the Ravens defense is better then the Chargers even though we have a prety good D.

Who cares Steve Smith has what 2 TDs on the season, Barber's team is 6-3 with half of their defense not playing...this guy last I checked is top 3 in rushing while playing on an injury prone team and contributing...he has 1 TD or whatever, because they give it to their giant RB everytime they need the tough yards in the red zone...do TDs matter? sure they do but the big picture is helping your team put points on the board, and Barber has done that alot this season, put them in great field position...so if Brad Hoover has 20 TDs by carrying the ball 60 times on the year because John Fox gives it to him every time their in the red zone , he's the MVP and we should neglect Steve Smith who made that 40 yard catch to put Brad Hoover in a position for a 2 yard TD run?

If it wasn't for Barber, I don't know where this Giant team will be right now...their inconsistant QB sure as hell didn't bring them that 6-3 record...Barber is a huge part of one of the best team in the NFL, even with all their injuries...why is McNabb an MVP but not Barber?

Because he has 1 TD? Use your logic, Barber gives his team a chance to score, period...if the man has 2 TDs the entire season and continues to run the ball like he has...give his team great field position, work the clock etc...he's an MVP in my book.
