Really? he gave advice on a draft pick, had one good season, and you are throwing what you think he will accomplish in the future?

Kiffin is judged fairly, hes above average potentially and hes getting his chance to prove his worth.

Mack Brown overrated? Please justify that. This is one of the top three programs in the nation.

Best be served to take your "knowledge" to the NBA Forum where the rest of the castoffs, homers and trolls play. Don't help to start to bring the football forum down with stupid threads like these.
Argumentum ad populum doesn't work on the elite.

Next.

Posts like the example above are what makes him underrated.

He's going to win championships at USC. He's one of the best recruiters in the game, and he's got the best staff in America. That's two crucial components of what makes a successful college football coach.

If you want me to buttress my argument for Kiffin, I'd be more than willing. Dude's really good.

Since Mack Brown arrived in Austin, 2 years before Stoops:

Texas: 1 national championship, 2 Big 12 championships
Oklahoma: 1 national championship, 6 Big 12 championships

With that recruiting base, Brown has vastly underacheived. Saban or Meyer would have pumped out 3-4 national titles in 12+ years at Texas. Brown got 1 via riding Vince Young's coattails.
