Check out the new trailer with Venom added to the end:

http://gorillamask.net/spiderman3venom.shtml

(the venom part was showcased at a comic book convention and is an early rough draft of venom)

the official trailer sucks, the one i saw at comic con four monthes ago (and was leaked on the net a few days ago on youtube bfeore sony took it down) is far superior. It had more drama, intense scenes, such as Peter Parker shoving down Mary Jane, Peter Parker ramming Eddie Brock against a wall, and VENOM POPS up at the end of the trailer. This "official" trailer doesn't show any of that, definitely no Venom.

I agree with you completely. The rough trailer(with venom) is indeed way better.

This is from the Spiderman movie websites and he has a blog about whats going on with the movie. Here is what he just wrote:

Tuhy, I can't reveal storypoints in these weblogs, but I think you will be very please with the New Goblin's story arc in this picture. Have a great weekend. Grant

Kono, Right now we are busy working on the visual effects and editing the picture. Soon we start looping, working on the score, working on the international versions. We have so much work on these pictures it is mind blowing, but very rewarding. Have a great weekend and hope you are well. Grant

I hope this sets up for a Carnage introdution for PT.5. Carnage would take them all down.

Agreed. Batman Begins might have been the best superhero movie I've ever seen. It helps that they don't have to fake superpowers with him, and that also makes him easier to connect to. That Superman movie stunk, they made him soft and spent half the movie on Jesus metaphors. I'm not praying to a comic book character, TY.

I don't get the impression you are going to get much Venom in this movie. From the trailers it looks like venom is being set up for a part 4.
