3 straight seasons of 80+ catches, 1150+ yards, and 6+ touchdowns with the TD numbers improving each of those years up to 11 this past year. Roddy has definitely arrived. If he's not top 10 he's top 12. Give him his respect prime. Housh? Really?
I know, I really should let go and give him credit now huh?
man, I don't know what it is about that guy but for some reason I just have a difficult time accepting that he is a better WR than Ocho and Housh and ect...
and I can't explain it, just something about him...he just doesn't "wow" me for some reason...
I can't make excuses for Housh or Ocho last year either I guess...maybe it is more of an issue with me not accepting that they are not who they used to be...

Well I use to not like him too, but it was mainly because of his hair. It's hard for me to like guys with those type of hairs (Chris Bosh, Melo, etc.) I hate Bosh for sure, I still kind of do, I hated Melo, but when he got a haircut I started to like him.

Who is this? Darrelle Revis? I remember him saying that Welker is a tougher cover than Moss.
Hating someone because they have dreads is one of the most childish things I have ever read.
I guess you couldn't read the "use to" part but then again you are stupid enough to think Roethlisberger has the same accuracy, leadership, deep ball as Rivers so who gives a shit what you think.
I agree with those putting Rice in the top 10. Talk about a go up and get it kind of receiver. I became amazed with him last season. He turned a lot of poor throws from Favre into amazing plays.
I was thinking hard about putting Rice in there, but who should I replace in my list for him? I don't think he's better than White or Jackson or Austin or anyone on there. He's definitely 11th on my list, If any of you wanted me to go any further with these rankings.
I put Rice on because I left Steve Smith off. A few years ago I probably would have put him at 1 because of how uncoverable he was but recently he hasn't produced like a top 10 reciever and has been very injury prone. I know his QB's are to blame for his production but I still just can't put him in the top 10 right now.
1. Andre Johnson
2. Larry Fitzgerald
3. Brandon Marshall
4. Steve Smith (Panthers)
5. Randy Moss
6. Reggie Wayne
7. Calvin Johnson
8. Vincent Jackson
9. Miles Austin
10. Roddy White
My list is similar.
1. Johnson
2. Fitz
3. Marshall
4. Moss
5. Wayne
6. Calvin
7. Jackson
8. Rice
9. Austin
10. Smith
I'm not too big on player rankings in any sport because they change year to year and so much of it depends on how they're used or injuries.
people forget that last year Moss was #1 in ALL stats for a WR above even Andre, until week 12 where the Pats played the Panthers and that is the game that Moss supposedly "gave up" or just didn't try...everyone remember that game???
I believe that game he had nothing stat wise, or very little, and that game was the only reason he wasn't he dropped to #5.
why do most people in here think that Marshall is better than Moss???
If you had to choose out of Marshall or Moss, RIGHT NOW, to put on your team for the next couple of seasons, who would you pick?
Marshall has proven he can be a BEAST with crappy QB play and he doesn't take plays or games of like Moss does. Marshall is also a bigger PLAYMAKER IMO than Moss is now. Moss maybe the better deep threat, but that's all Moss has ove him at this point.

But, that's just my opinion.
yeah I don't think I would want Marshall on my team for free even...so that would be a very easy choice for me...I would rather have nothing than Marshall.
Wow. Are you serious man? You would rather take ANY other WR in the NFL over Marshall? You'd take Michael Clayton over Brandon Marshall? Lol.
I remember you not liking him sometime last year when a discussion like this came up. What's your beef with him? His "attitude" problems? What is it man? lol.
