Team Needs Analysis
Chicago Bulls:
Strengths: The Chicago Bulls have a very talented young team, that have visited the playoffs in the last two seasons. Kirk Hinrich is a borderline ALL NBA player, and Ben Gordon looked as good as ever this year. Luol Deng made large strides as a player this year, and after Hinrich probably has the largest trade value on the Bulls.
Weaknesses: The Bulls really need a post scorer, ala Eddy Curry. At the second pick their only hope is LaMarcus Aldridge. However they could trade down and pick Shelden Williams. Or there is the option of trying to turn Tyson Chandler into a post scorer and drafting Andrea Bargani. Bargani is probably the best option if Aldridge is off the board, as he has a high resale value. With the 16th pick the Bulls should have their eyes locked on Ronnie Brewer. I don’t think the Bulls should make any big moves In free agency, unless they can get Nene cheaply.
2nd Pick: Andre Bargani- Italy
16th Pick: Ronnie Brewer- Arkansas
