Where is Jordan on the list? I thought he made like 30 a year during his last 3 years in Chicago. Add that(90) up with his entire career, shouldn't it be a lot? maybe in the 135-150 range?

There's about 15 additional players who are higher, but it would take me far too long to list them.

Jordan was the pioneer into 00s athletes being paid so much. His 97'and 98 season he had 30 and 33 milion that year. Then the new CBA happened causing a 99' lockout.

Previous 11 years as a Bull Jordan only made 29 million. His total nba career earnings was 92 million.

He is worth 500 million today

Holyshiiit, MJ made 2/3 of his money(contract salary) off the last two years of his Bulls career. Would have though he made a lot more than that.

The salary changed a lot from the 90's to today. Yet, the 90's was a whole lot better to watch.

im 100% sure they will be lockout next season. The new CBA salary will probably have the very best talents maxing out a 10 million a year or the league will always be loosing money.

Didn't realized he was a key to the salary/CBA deal and outlock situation. MJ did deserved his money but damn, the NBAPA didn't need to spike up the salary like that.

Maybe only give out 15-25 mill a year contract to players were crucial to a championship team. Not players like Johnson or Boozer or Bosh.
