Default Lebron or Not, Miami is now the new Favorite

to win in all in 2010-2011. I mean They still have 12 million in cap room to sign freeagents and build around Dwade bosh butler and beasley. It would take a multiple player injury at the end of the season to derail them. The heat train is coming hard and you can stop it.

Two great players doesnt win a championship dude. Even LA had to surround Kobe, and Gasol with capable additions to make it work.

All in all, the Heat will be far better, but still need to assemble the RIGHT team around them.

No, they're not. If they get LeBron, yes. Otherwise, no.

They're not as good as the Lakers. It's very unlikely that they'll go from stripping the roster to having a better supporting cast than the Magic & Celtics, as well.

Then there's the Thunder getting better... and wherever LeBron goes.

I've got Miami as a 4th seed (league wide) at ABSOLUTE BEST next year. Which is still a huge improvement... but let's not get carried away.

They'll most likely finish somewhere between 5th and 10th best record in the league.

Sheeit, they can be the favorites all they want.

Doesn't mean they'll win it all, ask the Cleveland Lebrons.

These presumptive statements are almost always a complete and total backfire. Chris Bosh and Wade doesn't guarantee a title and without even so much as a starting lineup in place, how could anyone confidently surmise that they're 'favorites'?

There's sufficient argument for them becoming instant contenders, but that isn't saying much in the east where the conference has been essentially dominated by the same three teams for the past few seasons.

All they need to build around bosh and wade is another decent PG with chalmers and a slew of big bodies to punish pau. And i'm sure they'll get a couple shooters with all that cap space too.

Beasley and Butler will more than fill the SF spot well. and Dwades got the SG covered. and Bosh and haslem got the PF spot locked.

Kobe is still balling, and Gasol is hardly "old" dude. Keep convincing yourself of reasonings why SUDDENLY Miami are "favorites to win it all"
