these are all from myspace and were recorded in either 08 or 09. he didn't start making these types of joints for mixtapes until summer 2010. "ellen degeneres" "paris hilton" "mel gibson" etc.

bmf is also not really a celeb name chant song at all.

I brought up mc hammer too. If mc hammer and bmf aren't celeb name chants, then why are you bringing up songs like Ocho cinco... Claiming French is biting Lil b. Ocho cinco is way more similar to those 2 Ross hooks.

mc hammer isn't a chant either. and it may be that two creative people came to the same thing on their own? i know the creative process is hard for you to understand but fck this unbelievable. songs like ocho cinco, jordan diddy, are chants. there is more to the hook, but the basis is repeating the name over and over. which lil b was doing 2 years ago on "ellen degeneres" "paris hilton" etc.

and since soulja boy was on lil b's dick starting in late 09 i wouldn't be surprised if ross was listening to him then too. it would also explain how he got b's "woooooo" adlib

The fact that u think Lil b is somehow "talented" just because he supposedly invented "celebrity name chants" is what's keeping me entertained throughout this pointless argument he singlehandedly saved hip hop with this unthinkable innovation.

I guess Ross should've just kept repeating mc hammer over and over again... Then he could've taken credit for this groundbreaking revelation.

u asked me what did he do that was original with his music, i listed a bunch of things and u wanted to single that one out. i would have rather not had this discussion but whatever. you didn't realize or care that your "hottest song of the moment" was a direct jack of another song THAT IS CURRENTLY CHARTING. the shit isn't 15 years old. love sosa came out like a month before french recreated it

lil b - the age of information
lil b - motivation
lil b - the trap

here lil b showcases his talent and musical diversity. if you don't like it then he's just too deep for you to comprehend.

i dont understand why we cant just discuss rap music? why does every post i make that someone disagrees with = "U LIKE LIL B!!!!!! IM MAD BECAUSE I DONT UNDERSTAND HIM AND U LIKE HIM SO IM GONNA DISREGARD EVERYTHING ELSE U SAY"

most people dont like lil b. he's an acquired taste which is fine. not recognizing his influence though is dumb as hell.

u fck with big sean and drake, but i still try and value you your opinion. it's getting hard, but i try.
