Default Low post scorer, the missing piece for the Bulls

In next years draft when we get the anticipated high pick, the Bulls will most likely go for a big offensive center. Once we get this kind of player the Bulls will find it much easier to finish off close games. I would say that in many games last year and this year the Bulls did better than expected in staying close with opponents that had an advantage down low. Just imagine if the Bulls had a player down low scoring 15 to 20 points consistanly this season, it would be a totally different team. With a low post scorer the Bulls will be complete in all aspects and are sure to win 50+ games. Plus all the new additions this year will look a lot better as a whole next year. So Bulls fans a run to the finals will have to wait until we get that new addition.

Even with a low post scorer there are no garuntees of a run to the finals. I agree it is the one missing piece, but a rookie really isn't the answer. Rookies make mistakes, and even good ones make a lot of mistakes. Right now we are looking to win now, not wait for a rookie to figure out the NBA game. I wouldn't trade the Knicks pick unless we know for sure Oden is staying in college.

We need a veteran lowpost player who still has game.

if only elton brand is still with the bulls

sota is having another bad year maybe they will trade kg by feb

or maybe low profile players like sean may, darko

i think the bulls doesn't necessarily need an offensive big man even a sg or sf that can go to the post like paul peirce can help our team. deng, gordon and noci is more of a jump shooter and slasher. without a low post scorer, we might never see the full potential of gordon

Don't need them. Yall should have swung a deal for Ron Artest for Ben Gordon. Artest can guard 3 positions and score at will plus he's still young.

Should have spent that 15 mil a year for ben on trying to truly acquire KG. Kg for career and now averages the same boards, blocks, assists and steals as ben plus score 22 points a game for career and now. Now it will take Ben Gordon to acquire that low-post guy
Hindsight truly is 20-20.
