Default when was the last time u were pulled over by law enforcement?

i got pulled over a few weeks ago while helping my mom clean out her office. i was driving to her house to drop off her surplus office stuff and got pulled over on a country road. i slowed down as soon as i saw the state cop but i wasn't purposely speeding, just a natural thing to do when u see a damn cop. got a warning for going 54 in a 40 zone. he didn't even ask for proof of insurance either.

I've only been stopped once and I've been driving for a little over 6 years. I had a tail light out though, so just a warning. Scared the shit out of me though.

I was last pulled over around seven years ago for merging onto a highway too aggressively (I either had to merge behind a van in the lane to my left or speed up and merge in front of it, I obviously chose the latter). No ticket. I have never been ticketed, in fact. I'm a really chilled out driver when I can do so without being at the expense of others.

when i was 16 for running through some railroad tracks. only got a warning.

i've been lucky. i'm a speeder like everybody else, but i'm generally happy with 15 over unless it's the interstate. i'm a super-alert driver as well, constantly looking for the cop hotspots, so that's saved me a couple of times. it is pretty exhausting on a longer drive.

Just got a ticket for "running" a red light. Thing is I could've sworn it was green, my wife was with me and she thought it was green too when I asked her. Only thing I can think of is it turned yellow as i went through but even then that is a really nazi reason for a ticket (I wasn't speeding). Gonna challenge in court but it's useless since it's my word against the cops. Keep hoping he doesn't show up. Ticket is $500

Prior to this my last was 6 or 7 years ago. Cop gave me a ticket because I stopped too far over the stop line.

I wasnt pulled over but, back in June after pretty good night of drinking I woke up and my buddy to me back to my car. I get back to my car and start driving home and my tire blew out. I pulled over into a gas station. Someone must have saw what happened and called the police.. I still had alcohol in my system so I got charged with a DUI. I'm fighting it, I wasn't even past the legal limit and who the hell gets a DUI at 730 am??? Anyhow I previously worked law enforcement and am familiar with DUI laws here in AZ, A big thing I have going for me right now is when they came I was outside my car and the keys were out of the ignition (AZ laws need you behind the wheel when coming into contact with a police officer for a DUI). I am hoping I can get it dropped to wreckless driving and with the cop screwing up some paper work to go along with it, I have a good chance at getting a plea. Still I am worried sick to my stomach about the whole thing.. I know DUI's are a touchy subject with people I had no intention of driving at all. I had been asleep for almost 5 hours when my buddy woke me up to go back to his place and get my car. I didnt feel drunk and I wasn't even past the legal limit, not much of an excuse if I had hurt someone and I'm glad I didn't. I'll never get involved in something like this again..

Pulled over eight days ago because I had parked my car a block away from a high school, which had evidently been broken into, in order to talk on my cell phone. Cops saw me pull out and they pulled me over cause I'm a 22 year old dude and I guess I fit their profile for high school thief.

Last year, but it was when my brother was driving in his car, and I was in the passenger seat.

He decided to speed up and pass some guy on a bridge, and kept laying on the gas (going over 100), and then he started to slow down really fast and say like, "Dude. . .". I was like what's up? Then I noticed the cop lights flashing. He was saying like, "I can't get my license taken away man", and saying that a few times. Seeming all down, but I noticed something, and told him to relax.

Why? He asks. Well, he had one of those radar detector things in his car. It didn't go off. Obviously the cops didn't radar him, and didn't know his exact speed. He said, "there's no way they'll believe I wasn't going 100". I'm like watch, they will ask if you knew how fast you were going. . .just say, "I think 65". Then they won't say you were going 100. . .watch. Then if they ask again, say when you looked at the spedometer, it said 65. They can't call you out on it since they didn't radar you. Just insist you were going 65.

And he did. . .what happened? Ticket for going slightly over speed limit (when he was going more than double the limit which = reckless driving which = automatic suspended license here). Got off with a 60 dollar ticket.

Police = owned. Though I like owning police in my line of work anyway. ^_^
